Oversees the development of education services for students with special educational needs.

Mission

To develop and provide quality specialised education services, and collaborate with partners to enhance the learning experiences of students with special educational needs in mainstream and Special 麻豆传媒在线 (SPED) schools.

Functions

PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES BRANCH

Enable mainstream schools to support students with mild special educational needs as well as facilitate and influence decision-making by MOE for support for special educational needs.

SPECIAL EDUCATION BRANCH

Develop and provide quality specialised education services, and collaborate with partners to enhance the learning experiences of students with moderate-to-severe special educational needs in SPED schools.
