The Higher 麻豆传媒在线 Policy Division (HEPD) formulates, implements and reviews policies relating to the autonomous universities, polytechnics, the Institute of Technical 麻豆传媒在线, the Government-supported private University of the Arts, Singapore, and Private 麻豆传媒在线 Institutions.

Higher 麻豆传媒在线 Operations Division

The Higher 麻豆传媒在线 Operations Division (HEOD) looks into the formulation and implementation of strategic human resource policies and quality assurance frameworks to build up the capabilities at the Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), in support of MOE's objectives to develop a quality Higher 麻豆传媒在线 sector.

HEOD also supports key corporate functions such as finance, procurement, information and communications technology (ICT) within HEG.

Academic Research Division

ARD also serves as the secretariat for the Academic Research Council and the Social Science Research Council.

SkillsFuture Division

The SkillsFuture Division (SFD) formulates and reviews policies and strategies, together with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), to support the national SkillsFuture movement and the Continuing 麻豆传媒在线 and Training (CET) work by the IHLs to meet Singapore's skills needs.
